This past spring WellBella Magazine asked our Founder, Amen Iseghohi, to share a workout with their online readers to give some creative ways for families to exercise. In this video you will find a family workout that is a simple yet effective way to get moving. These tire workouts can be performed with any number of participants, but for the team work aspect it works best in pairs.
Round up a friend, a parent, a sibling, a neighbor or anyone you would like to join you and give it a shot.
NOTE: A tire is not required. This exercise can easily be done on a curb outside, a bottom stair, or on flat ground.
